Inquistor Character Sheet - Fillable Form

This is a fillable, savable, and printable form version of the Inquisitor Character Sheet. In it also include tool tips that I hope can provide some quick rules for various key concepts of a character's status or also be used with any type of screen or document readers.

v1.1: Updated the Damage check marks to be red, updated formatting on Damage area and severity tooltips, and update old rule language "his" to be gender neutral. 

v1.2: Improved the damage calculation area fields to be more clickable and hover-able for the tooltips. Added the missing Armor form fields for damage areas. 

v1.3: Added missing Head Armor form field.
